Sita Dahal Women’s International Kabaddi Championship was held Kathmandu from 18 to 22 June 2024

The Sita Dahal Women’s International Kabaddi Championship 2024 – hosts Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Sri Lanka compete for the coveted title in Kathmandu.

Organized by the Nepal Kabaddi Association, four teams Hosts Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Sri Lanka participated in the Sita Dahal Women’s International Kabaddi Championship 2024 across five days.

Meanwhile, the Iran women’s national Kabaddi team has pulled out of the upcoming Kabaddi Tournament. 

The Sita Dahal Women’s International Kabaddi Championship 2024 was held in Nepal to promote the sport of Kabaddi in the country. 

The last women’s international Kabaddi tournament was staged at the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou, China.

The India women’s national Kabaddi team beat Chinese Taipei 26-25 in the Asian Games 2023 women’s Kabaddi final to bag the gold medal.
